Remote suppport plans allow for peace of mind in knowing that your issues will be quickly addressed as they arise. Most issues can be resolved remotely, enabling us to quickly troubleshoot your problem without the disruption of an onsite meeting.
Pre-Paid Remote Support Options
Our discounted pre-paid remote support plans offer up to a 21% savings off our per-incident remote support rates. Plans include assistance via e-mail*, telephone, and remote access. By accessing your data file remotely, we provide a powerful & secure, support method for complicated issues that cannot be resolved by e-mail or over the phone.
60 minutes (1 hour) - $85.00
180 minutes support (3 hours) - $240.00
360 minutes support (6 hours) - $470.00
600 minutes support (10 hours) - $750.00
*E-mail support for uncomplicated issues is only available to our clients with pre-paid support plans, and will not be applied against plan minutes. However, if we determine that your issue requires phone or remote assistance, plan minutes will apply.
Per-Incident Remote Support
For more advanced QuickBooks users who are less likely to have many QuickBooks questions, we offer Pay-per-Incident remote support for $25.00 per quarter hour.
Onsite Support: $110.00 per hour.

- Enable us to quickly access your QuickBooks file for optimum technical support
